Ordering with us is very easy. You place your product(s) in the shopping cart and continue shopping or go directly to the shopping cart. This will take you to the overview where you can change the number of pieces, remove a product completely and/or add a new product. For making payments we offer iDeal, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bancontact.

How can I return a product?

You have 14 days to indicate that you want to return. If you have ordered several items at once, this period starts to run after you have received the last item. From the moment you have indicated that you wish to return your item, you must send it within 14 days.

• Register your return via info@intertaping.com with reference to your order number. You will receive a confirmation from us with the return instructions.
• The item is, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
• You must handle the item you wish to return with care.
• Return the item with all accessories supplied in accordance with the return instructions that you receive from us when you report your item back. 
• As soon as we have received the return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
• The costs for returning your order will be payed by the buyer. The costs are approximately €15.95 for a parcel shipment. In addition, € 5 handling costs will be charged, which will be deducted from your return payment.
